Ryan Gritzfeldt is a Professional Engineer with over 27 years of extensive experience across the North American oil and gas industry. Mr. Gritzfeldt most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Veren Inc. (formerly Crescent Point Energy) until it’s combination with another Canadian energy company in May 2025. Prior to this role, he held various senior leadership positions across the organization including Vice President, Marketing and Innovation and Vice President, Engineering and Business Development. Prior to joining Crescent Point Energy in 2004, he spent six years with Talisman Energy in Development Engineering and Field Operations Engineering roles.

Mr. Gritzfeldt received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering with a Petroleum Systems Option from the University of Regina in 1998. He is a member of both the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and is a Graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
