Helping Build a Recreation Centre
Surge partnered with the La Glace Ag Society with a $50,000 contribution to fund the construction of the new Regional Recreation Centre in La Glace, Alberta.
About the Recreation Centre
The La Glace Ag Society had a list of items and functions to be included, as their desire was to see this new facility become the heart and hub of their vibrant rural community and region they serve. In addition to an ice arena, they wanted a place for small banquets, cultural and art displays, an indoor walking / running track, and rooms for meetings, training, fitness, and community clubs to host activities and events.
